| When Martin and his sisters were little, we had an ironclad rule that
helped build a strong reading habit in them. It went like this: at
bedtime, lights-out means lights-out... unless you are reading, in
which case you can keep the lights on as long as you like! Worked like a
charm - all our kiddos are avid readers. And what does Martin like to
read? Books about hunting - duh!! In a pinch, fishing books will do too.
Here are some books we've found informative and entertaining - there
are of course many, many more out there. In fact, if any of you have great
